A GREAT menu! ooooo, the Texas Caviar looks so yummy! Since you are doing vegan cooking, have you checked out the vegweb or drmcdougall websites? They have some great vegan recipes there! I pray that the change in your diet will help improve your health immensely. I am sure it will. Your weekly menu looks very delicious. My husband would love to come eat at your home! And, me too!

I'm trying to add more vegan meals into the week with the boys when DH isn't home as much. I can't wait to see all your ideas.
